  • OC Ice Cream offers ice cream truck rental services for events, available for booking through the website or by direct contact with us.

    1. Payment Due Date: Payment for services must be made on the day of the event. We provide a grace period of up to three (3) days after the event to accommodate any delays.

    2. Invoice Requests: If you prefer to pay by invoice, please request an invoice before the event. This will ensure timely processing and payment within the specified period.

    3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all forms of payment.

    4. Late Payments: If payment is not received within three (3) days after the event, a late fee may be applied, and further action may be taken to collect the outstanding amount.

  • We recognize unforeseen events may occur and aim to assist our customers accordingly. Please be aware of our cancellation policy:

    - To avoid fees, cancel at least 48 hours before the event.

    - No fees for same-day cancellations due to legitimate reasons beyond your control, such as sudden illness, hospitalization, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    - Same-day cancellations for non-legitimate reasons will incur a $50 fee.

    - The $50 fee can be applied as credit towards future appointments.

  • Book instantly, no deposit required.

  • All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the exclusive property of OC Ice Cream and is safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws.

  • OC Ice Cream is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and the U.S. federal government.
